Chocolate whey protein brownies

This healthy concoction of protein, chocolate, and almond milk is about to send you right over the top. The recipe has no all-purpose flour included, making it completely gluten-free and also has no milk involved, making it lactose-free too. So, this is a go-to recipe for all you folks who are gluten and lactose intolerant too.

Cooking instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

2. Mix your protein powder and almond milk, while heating the almond butter slightly in a microwave for about 30 seconds. Do this until the butter is easy to mix.

3. Mix the butter, almond milk-protein powder mix with the remaining ingredients.

4. To this mix, slowly add almond milk starting from 1/2 cup till you reach a consistency that’s little less thick than regular brownie mix as the protein powder will soak up more moisture.

5. Heat in a well greased baking tray (8X8) for 20-26 minutes.

Cooking instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Combine all ingredients except for the chocolate chips in a food processor for a smooth consistency.

3. Fold in chocolate chips into the batter.

4. Fill the batter in a well-greased baking tray (8X8) and heat for 16-18 minutes.

5. Refrigerate overnight for perfectly firm and tasty black bean brownies.
