This Insanely Fit 53 YO Dates Men Half Her Age

This 53 y.o fitness-obsessed says that guys half her age always ask her out on dates. Andrea Sunshine from London exercises for a minimum of three hours a day, which is why she has an incredibly toned physique.

However, it’s not just about sweating it out in the gym, but also about her diet because it’s not easy to follow.

Andrea eats 150 eggs, as well as up to 22lbs of sweet potato every month. Additionally, she loves salads and veggies, especially broccoli.

“The number [of eggs] is surprising but it’s real,” she said.

“I train a lot every day and my diet is monitored by a nutritionist.

“The idea is to always seek to improve, so some sacrifices are worth it.”

With an average egg containing 13 grams of protein, they are quite popular among people who work on building muscles.

As she works out so often, Andrea consumes about 3,500 calories a day that she spreads into 6 to 8 meals.

About 2,000 calories are recommended for a grown woman, however, it depends on many factors like age, workout routine, health condition, etc.

Andrea shared: “I love working out and doing physical exercises, taking care of myself is an act of love that I learned over time and that’s why I plan my food, take care of what I eat, and avoid fats and sweets whenever I can.”

Having a lot of eggs seems to be working well for Andrea. @andrea__sunshinee, the fitness influencer has over 60,000 followers on Instagram.

“Young men have a crush on good-looking mature ladies so I get hit on all the time.”

“There’s all kind of ages, there’s even some below 25 but most are between 30-35.

“I don’t like the attention. When I am on my session I hate to be disturbed.

“It doesn’t bother me to be called a fitness grandma – I am in my best shape and infinitely healthy.

“There is a stigma that with advancing age of women, they should only dedicate themselves to taking care of the home and family.

“It’s possible to do both.”
