This will be the first child of 56-year old Tarantino who has been known to have quite different views about family and fatherhood earlier. In 2009, he had said in an interview given to GQ, that he was devoted to filmmaking and had no time for “mundane things” like family.

“When I’m doing a movie, I’m not doing anything else, it’s all about the movie. I don’t have a wife. I don’t have a kid. Nothing can get in my way. The whole f*cking world can go to hell and burst into flames. I don’t care. This is my life.”

Incidentally, he met his current wife Daniella Pick in the same year. Eventually, Tarantino and Pick got married last November after Tarantino finished the filming of Once Upon A Time In Hollywood, a smashing hit starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Brad Pitt.

In the interview, he had also said:

“I’m not saying that I’ll never get married or have a kid before I’m 60. But I’ve made a choice, so far, to go on this road alone. Because this is my time. This is my time to make movies.”

Quentin Tarantino is known for making iconic films such as Pulp Fiction (1994), Inglourious Basterds (2009), Reservoir Dogs (1992), Django Unchained (2012), etc.

Times have surely changed for Tarantino, who will soon be sitting and telling bedtime stories.
