Do This Once a Week to Look 10 Years Younger

Japanese women are known for their natural beauty, and it seems they don’t age, and somehow their faces miraculously look young, healthy, and vibrant. To be honest, it won’t be an exaggeration to say that they are the reason for why 50 is the new 30 today.

So, how do they do it?

You’ll be surprised to know that they don’t have a routine treatment or any expensive moisturizing masks. Fortunately, we are going to know their secret, and for this, you won’t need to waste money or your time in the salon.

All you need is Geisha, a traditionally used rice, as it can soften your skin and hair. Strong in antioxidants, Geisha prevents UV rays damage and reduces wrinkles.

Here’s your chance to look 10 at least years younger:

Ingredients:

  • Rice – 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Milk – 1 tbsp
  • Honey – 1 tbsp

Preparation:

Firstly, take 3 tbsp of rice and boil it in 1 cup of water. Once you get the boiled rice, take it off the heat, strain it, and collect the water in a container. In the next step, wash the boiled rice in cold water and add 1 tbsp of warm milk and 1 tbsp of honey. Combine the mixture thoroughly and your facial mask is ready.

Apply the facial mask on clean and dry skin and leave it for 45-60 minutes. Then take off the mask, and wash your face with the water you collected in one of the previous steps. You can keep this water in the fridge for 3 to 4 days.

Do try this and let us know how well it worked for you!
