Stretching your neck on regular basis can prevent your skin from sagging. To do this, simply raise your chin and tilt your head back until the skin under your jaw tightens. Then, push your lower jaw forward as you hold your tongue down and stick out your lower lip. Stay in this position for 30 to 40 seconds, and repeat the same a few times.

With both hands, place your 3 middle fingers at the bottom of your eyebrows. To create resistance, make a frowning expression and push your fingers gently upwards. Repeat it thrice, for 20 seconds. This exercise helps your eyes age slower.
- Cheek apple lifter
This one helps you get a perfect smile in addition to slowing down your aging process. To do it, just pinch the corners of your mouth on both sides, and smile as wide as you can. You’ll feel a resistance that will correct your cheeks and increase your smile. Repeat it 5 times, for 15 seconds.
