You can temporarily fix your skin with an expensive creams being sold just everywhere, but if you want an ever-natural radiance, you need to fix your diet. After all, you are what you eat and that reflects on your skin. Some food items are loaded with essential nutrients and components that have the power to heal your skin and even slump the process of aging.

1. Walnuts

Walnuts are about beauty and brains. Not only have walnuts been found to be a great mind booster, but the omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids in walnuts give you an amazing skin. Omega 3 fatty acids create a barrier for your skin to combat both bacteria and inflammation.

You could write a book on the benefits of avocado but that’s how nutritious it is. High in healthy fats, avocados keep your skin supple and moisturized.
