5 Infused Water Recipes to Keep You From Drinking Soda

Fixing your daily water intake keeps you away from most of the diseases. But even considering the criticality, it doesn’t motivate us enough to drink an apt amount of water. Why does that happen? Is drinking plain, regular water boring? If the answer is yes, then continue reading! Do you drink soda in different forms to spice up your water intake a bit? Well, isn’t it a bad choice to make? Now you’d say but regular water is boring.

In these recipes, you can use any mixture of contemporary fruits and herbs.

What do you need?

  • A pitcher or a glass
  • Ice Cubes
  • A spoon

Here are 5  infused water recipes, that are extremely healthy:

1. Basil Apple Ginger Water

Take the pitcher and fill it halfway with ice. Pour 5-6 thin slices of a green apple, and add some fresh ginger shavings along with 6-8 basil leaves. Now, fill the remaining part of the pitcher up with water, and stir with a spoon.

2. Lavender Lemon Water

Fill the pitcher halfway with ice, and add 5 lemon slices. Then, top it off with water and add a couple of small handfuls of fresh lavender. Stir and enjoy!

3. Cucumber Mint Lemon Infused Water

Slice half of cucumber in extra-thin slices, repeat the same with half a slice of lemon. Then put some ice into your pitcher, add the cucumber and lemon, mix it with a few mint leaves. Pour some water to fill the pitcher, and that’s it.

4. Strawberry Blueberry Mint-Infused Water

Once again fill your pitcher halfway with ice. Add a handful of strawberries, as well as blueberries. Add water to fill up the pitcher, and top off with a couple of mint leaves. Enjoy!

5. Green Tea Lemon Mint Water With Honey

This is your regular cup of green tea with lemon and mint in it. Just like in other recipes, you need to fill half of your pitcher with ice, add 5-6 slices of lemon, a few leaves of mint, and some green tea. Stir well, and add top it off with some honey.
