Being a perfectionist comes across as being snobs to others, but to perfectionists themselves, it is an internal struggle. To see the perfectly ironed clothes wrinkled, or an unevenly cut pie, that’s just urgghh! Commoners might not mind it much. They could walk past an unaligned collection of tiles, and it wouldn’t matter. But it does to perfectionists. Like, would you care if the timer on the microwave is stuck on an add number? No?
