This Is How Fake Social Media Can Be

We all know how social media has impacted our lives, how people behave, and how they present themselves. For people, social media might be a great way to keep each other updated, but let’s admit that people’s self-esteem has also been affected by it to a great extent.

On social media apps like Instagram, people tend to show what best they got, and quite possibly that might not be their complete truth. In other words, that isn’t always the regular lifestyle of those people. It’s all for others to believe that people living a perfect life exist.

Be it gadgets, body transformation, fashion, or any other social media post category, people, especially youngsters seriously get affected by the content that the influencers or celebs they follow post.

However, some influencers like to keep it real and prefer to be honest with their audience. They don’t shy away from highlighting what fake social media is.

One such influencer is Danish TikToker Josephine Livin, who is one of the popular content creators who present their audience with evidence saying that what they see online isn’t all real.

Recently, Josephine shared photos of herself in which she looked perfect making poses, and then she posted her photos where she let her body relax.

She said: “The people you compare yourself to online don’t look like that 24/7.”

Josephine later added in the comments, “A reminder that we can all pose and tense and find the right angle, the right light and look amazing in a new outfit and wear the prettiest makeup.”

“But at the end of the day we’re all human beings and nothing is as perfect as it can sometimes seem on social media. You’re beautiful. You’re enough.”

Well, we all have an idea of how real things look, but we shouldn’t only encourage such influencers, but also avoid being a part of the rat race where people eye upon getting ‘perfect’ and not living.
