1. Drink up (only water)- Ditch all other sugary drinks and give your body and skin ample water to soak. Hydration will do its magic without you taking any extra effort. Too boring for you? Add flavor to it with mint, lemon, or other refreshing fruits.
2. Say no to no breakfasts- There’s a reason they call it “break” and “fast.” Not indulging in the first meal of the day is like working against the cycle your body necessitates.
3. Add Fragrances- Be it your shower gel, soap, shampoo, face wash, cream, or perfume, ensure it has a fragrance that lingers. You might not realize it, but the smell helps stay fresh for longer. Why else would they add it?
4. Don’t repeat clothes- Yes, safeguarding the clothes is important. But repeating clothes is not just unsanitary but also kills the mood. Pull out something fresh to wear every day so you can pep with it.
5. Cliché, but meditate- When people are saying it over and over again, there has to be something meditation does. Truth be told, there’s a lot it does, and if you’re not into it, you’re missing out on countless hours of peace. Meditating in the morning will help you stay on the brighter side of things, thus keeping your mind as fresh as when you stepped out.
6. Pamper your face- Men, women, children, we all need to take care of our skin. Summer or winter, one shouldn’t step out without applying sunscreen or a moisturizer. In fact, carry a small bottle with you. When you feel tired, wash your face, and apply a fresh layer of moisturizer. It changes the mood entirely
7. Sleep Well- We get used to our routines, and yet we feel tired. Why? It’s because we’re not sleeping enough. Ditch the phone when in bed or play something peaceful like sleep music, and get at least 7-8 hours of sleep. Let your body, mind, skin, health, everything rejuvenate.
8. Have at least 1 fruit in a day- It might sound like any other health tip, but it does impact your body and mind. You need the vitamins they carry!
