2. Toothpaste doesn’t combine well with several things, and coffee and tea are some of them. Experts suggest we don’t brush for at least half an hour after consuming either of these.

3. Flossing has more benefits than we can imagine. While most adults think it’s an activity that follows every meal, dentists suggest the opposite. Flossing before brushing is apparently a secret to reducing dental diseases. Pretty insightful, huh?

4. Chewing gum for twenty minutes a day is next on the to-do list for healthier and whiter gums. Not just does it ensure flowing saliva but also regulates the acid the food leaves behind. Just, ensure it’s sugar-free, please?

5. Don’t just floss in one direction. It goes from left to right, then top to bottom. Repeat the same for both sides of your teeth.
