Someone has to die
Set in 1950s Spain, amid a conservative society, the show highlights how family ties and appearances played a central role in the country back then. The same has been established through the experience of a young man who is called back home from Mexico to meet his fiancĂ©e. But when he arrives accompanied by a ballet dancer, the members of his clan have an extremely different POV on the situation. The issues covered portray the time’s social reality in this first outside-comedy work by Manolo Caro.

The trial of Chicago
The film spotlights the violent clash between citizens of Chicago, the police and the National Guard that took place in 1968.
